Members of the WNY Alumni Drum Corps are pictured after participating in the General Pulaski Day Parade in Cheektowaga. Honorary Grand Marshal Loretta Swit, who played Major Margaret “Hot Lips” Houlihan on the television series “M*A*S*H,” helped lead off the WNY’s annual Pulaski Day Parade honoring Revolutionary War hero Casimir Pulaski. Some of the Corps members got to see Loretta in person. The Alumni Corps has a very active schedule this year with seven parades left this season. Anyone interested in marching this season can call Jack at 410-2682 for more information. The corps will next perform at the Southwestern Firemen’s Convention in Lakeshore on Aug. 8. The corps thanks all its friends and fans who helped make this year even better.
